The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans sold $23,375,000 par amount of Sewerage Service Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2009, on July 7, 2009 at 6.82% TIC to Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc. The Official Statement is available under the Official Statement page.

The City of New Orleans sold $40 million Public Improvement Bonds, Issue of 2010A Taxable "Build America Bonds" on December 16, 2009, to Morgan Keegan & Co., Inc., at a net TIC to the City of 5.408414%. Other bidders were JP Morgan Securities, Inc., tax exempt TIC 5.834756% and Barclays Capital, Inc., tax exempt TIC 6.082126%. The City of New Orleans sold $75 million Public Improvement Bonds, Issue of 2007A on October 30, 2007 to Merrill Lynch & Co. at 5.086344% TIC. Other bidders were Lehmann Brothers, Inc. at 5.146443% TIC and JP Morgan Securities, Inc. at 5.227163% TIC. These bonds are insured by Radian Asset Assurance, Inc.
